1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AppTimeLock ("we", "us") governing your use of the AppTimeLock mobile application ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & renewals

AppTimeLock may offer optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions sold via the Apple App Store. The following applies:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Any free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• use the app to violate any law or the rights of others;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, design, logos, and all related content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond the limited license to use the app.

6. Apple & third parties

This agreement is between you and us only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. The app relies on Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls frameworks and on TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics, each subject to their own terms. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its blocking features will prevent every possible way of accessing an app. AppTimeLock is a tool to support your focus and self-control — it is not a guarantee, and it is not a substitute for professional advice regarding device or technology use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app from your devices. Upon termination, you must stop using the app; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
